Ginagawan na namin ng paraan upang matanggal ang virus sa mga computers na ito. Malamang nakapasok ang mga ito via USB drives from our customers. Ito yung isang reason kaya ayaw namin magpagamit ng USB ports dati. Kahit may anti-virus software na installed sa mga computers meron pa rin reponsibility ang mga customers na mag-scan ng kanilang mga USB devices before accessing their files. We also suspect an intrusion o nthe file server. Kagabi kasi napansin namin na may .ini files and .exe files na present sa iasng folder ng File Server. Kung hindi magiging maayos ang performance ng mga computers within the day, may possibility na mag-close muna kami to remedy the problem.
